Why register my organisation for Wi-Fi?
Once your organisation has been approved for Wi-Fi access, any member of the organisation will be able to register an account using their corporate email address.
Where can I get help connecting to the Wi-Fi?
The free PSNG Wi-Fi service is provided "as-is". It is the end user's responsibility to ensure laptops, tablets or other smart devices can connect to the service.
Why do I need a username and password?
Historically, free Wi-Fi installations suffer from overuse, resulting in low availability and low performance. User credentials restrict access to the new PSNG Wi-Fi service to only those with a genuine requirement to do so.
What does PSNG stand for?
The PSNG is a Guest Wi-Fi service provided as part of the Public Safety Network. Free Internet is available to users and partners of select government agencies.
PSNG Wi-Fi Service Terms and Conditions
